Restrictions

• Guests below 18 years of age are allowed at the property with parents
• Outside visitors not allowed
• Only synthetic materials are allowed in the pool
• Smoking within the room is not allowed. May smoke in the parking area next to pool. Strictly no smoking in common areas, & pool surroundings.
• Men only group Not allowed to check in. Un related bachelors coming along with family not allowed.
• Check in 2 Pm and check out 11 am
• Cancellation 5 days prior to your check in date.

• Unmarried couples are not allowed in hourly stay rooms

Food Arrangement

• Outside food is allowed in the property No additional charges subject to proper disposal of waste. Self kitchen available, if reserved Ground floor of Villa
• We kindly request all guests to separate food waste and plastic waste, as it helps us manage waste more efficiently and keep the surroundings clean.

• This property is not accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Double Occupancy rooms with King size bed, Extra person will be chargeable
• Children 7 years and above will be chargeable
• Children up to 6 stay free without extra bed. Ages 7–12 charged ₹1000. Extra persons charged as per applicable rates.
• Children aged 7 to 12 years can stay in the same room for an additional charge of Rs. 1000. Extra persons will be charged as per the applicable rates.
• An extra mattress will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking for a charge mentioned below. (Subject to availability)
